WWE CEO Paul “Triple H” Levesque held a media conference call to discuss the upcoming NXT:TakeOver Brooklyn special. Among the things discussed are if future TakeOver specials will piggyback with major WWE PPV’s like the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania, the balance of trying to make NXT its own brand while also having successful talent being moved to the main roster, the Divas Revolution and seeing the women go from NXT to the WWE, if the company is targeting Ring of Honor, looking for talent in Canada and around the world, friendly competition between WWE and NXT, taking NXT on the road to other countries and more.
