This week, we were joined by Sarah Pelton, the Vice President of Learning and Development at Baird and Warner. Sarah and her team have the extremely important job of developing and executing a training program for the company that, not only assists new agents in learning the foundations of the business and developing a business plan for success, but also continues to challenge and support the growth of our top-producing experienced agents. Her team also quickly pivoted to a virtual-only training platform when the Covid lockdown went into affect back in March, bringing in outside trainers like Tom Ferry and Steve Harney.
