In Season Two, we are searching for meaning and the desire to make sense of the world around us is embedded deep within the heart of humanity. Within our culture, we search for purpose in our daily life. This semester we are focusing on the topic of Calling. When we hear the word Calling, we often think of the call to ministry pertaining to clergy or individuals called to a religious ministry, like pastors, missionaries, or theologians. However, we believe that calling is not just a position or a title but instead a constant state of being. We want our Roberts community to explore our calling to “Come, follow me” (Mark 1:17) so that we might have abundant life, “BeComing” one with Christ.
