BTS Returns with Arirang Album After Four Years

Listen Later

BTS marks their return with the fifth full-length album Arirang after nearly four years, featuring the alternative pop title track SWIM that uses swimming as a metaphor for persevering through life's challenges. The comeback includes a massive Netflix live concert at Gwanghwamun Plaza, broadcasting simultaneously to one hundred ninety countries worldwide in what's being called the biggest live event in K-pop history. Despite member RM sustaining an ankle injury during rehearsals, the group pushes forward with their comeback while the SWIM music video showcases Hollywood actress Lili Reinhart in a cinematic narrative filmed in Lisbon. Meanwhile, aespa's Winter donated two hundred million won to UNICEF Korea and Samsung Seoul Hospital, actress Go Yoon-jung supported firefighters with fifty million won, and actor Lee Jang-woo addressed controversy over unpaid restaurant supplier debts.
