Mark Wong is an entrepreneur, ex-sommelier and the Founder of Impossibrew. Longing for the relaxing sensations of drinking after a health scare that made him cut alcohol, he founded an alcohol-free challenger startup with a biosciences professor to create a beer alternative that is enhanced for better mood and relaxation. His enhanced beers have since won a Gold Medal at one of the largest beer competitions in Europe against full-ABV beers.
