How Long Would You Stay? 

A forest can hide many things, especially at night. 

A few rows of trees can conceal extremely large animals.

Ridges, hollows and ravines can distort sounds until they seem to come from every direction.

And once darkness falls, the light from a campfire hardly reaches into the dark forest.

The man in tonight’s story entered Pennsylvania’s Allegheny National Forest planes to spend several nights in an area he knew well.  But by the second morning, he packed and left.

And as it followed him out, he saw exactly what had been harassing him the previous two nights.

His Name Was Booger - And He Didn't Take Crap From That Bigfoot

Some hunting dogs that just don’t seem to understand the idea of backing down.

Gary had one of those dogs – his name was Booger.

One December night in the Louisiana bottoms, Booger and four other hounds treed something out there in the darkness.

Then both men and hounds found themselves facing something they had no experience with, but that didn’t stop Booger from going after the bigfoot.

They probably could have gotten out of there without firing a single shot, but only if they left Booger to his fate.

And that was not an option.
