Very easy reading...
One of the main tenets of Buddhism and this book is that our thoughts inevitably come with feelings attached. I found it very enlightening. I rather liked the idea of daily meditation, and found it to be extremely beneficial.
Bliss.. just bliss
The pictures are a nice touch as well. The only thing that kept me from giving the book 5 stars is that there are a few spelling errors towards the beginning of the book. Interesting book. Buddhism is getting popularity day by day in the western nations for various reasons. This book does a better job of explaining the whys and wherefores of applied Buddhism than any of the books on the subject that I have read.
