The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Philadelphia Flyers 5-2 in a bounce back game at home to "secure' Sheldon's Keefe's job. Over the past few days, Keefe's name has been circling the media. The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Boston Bruins 6-4 on Tuesday night. In the process of winning the game, they lost a goalie and two defensemen to injury. Kallgren come in relief of Petr Mrazek, and the defense was down to four after Justin Holl, and Ilya Lybushkin got injured. The Leafs still managed to hold on with goals from Colin Blackwell, Morgan Rielly, Alex Kerfoot, Mitch Marner, Auston Matthews, and David Kampf.
The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the New Jersey Devils 3-2 in a very intense and close game. The Leafs wore their reverse Drew House collaboration jerseys and the game was a tad odd. We also graded Mark Giordano's Leafs Debut. Goals were scored by Mitch Marner, Ilya Mikheyev, and Pierre Engvall.
The Toronto Maple Leafs lost to the Arizona Coyotes 5-4 in an overtime loss. They lost because of a missed called on Auston Matthews that resulted in the game winning goal. The Leafs should not have put themselves in that position in the first place, but regardless, brutal missed call.
The Toronto Maple Leafs lose to the Buffalo Sabres in a 5-1 loss. The lone goal was scored by Rasmus Sandin.
The Toronto Maple Leafs lose to the St. Louis Blues 6-3 in a high scoring affair. Goals from William Nylander and Tj Brodie were not enough to beat the Blues.
MITCH MARNER! The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Seattle Kraken 6-2 after dropping 2 games straight. The Leafs were clearly the better team this time around, as Campbell regained his confidence. Goals came from Alex Kerfoot, Michael Bunting, Ondrej Kase, Mitch Marner, David Kampf, and Jake Muzzin. Also, Justin Holl needs to go!
