A string of gruesome murders struck West London in the 1960s and the crimes are compared to notorious Victorian criminal Jack The Ripper. 

Where Curiosity Killed the Cat differs from the saturated genre of true crime is that it focuses more on mystery than investigation procedural. A lot of the cases covered do not have solid conclusions and its the fascination with the inexplicable that drives this series.
