- Asking the right questions   

Q1. See what your competitors are doing?

Q3. What technologies will be used in my product?  

Q4. What is the experience of the product?  

Q5. When it is deliverable? 

After all the questions find that how I can do this? How can I integrate this with m products? Ask all the questions to yourself before developing a product.

- Owning the product  

This is very critical to find who the actual owner of your product is? When you are hiring someone remember to sign an NDA which clearly states that the products are yours.   

- Technologies being used  

Research for the latest technologies which are used in mobile apps, mobile design, & mobile e-commerce. You can read about that, talk to someone about the latest technologies & then choose that is relevant up to date & technologies being used for your product.   

- App documentation  

The most important thing is the documentation, whether it's your website, mobile app, or any commerce platform you need to have the complete documentation of how to edit, delete & embed on your website, mobile apps. Later when the team went you should have complete documentation of all the features of your product.   

- Validating the code  

Make sure that your code is validated by W3C. The code that you are using in your product is meeting the international industry standard.  

 - Industry standards  

Each platform has different requirements, different standards, as we preparing a product for Google it will be different, and the Apple store has a different standard. Make sure that your product is design according to the industry standard.
