Desiree is a Certified and professionally trained coach who helps individuals manage transformation experiences with grace, understanding, and compassion for themselves and others. She draws on her personal experience, and her training as a COR.E Energy coach, Mental Fitness (PQ®) Coach, yoga instructor & Certified Grief Educator. 


Before becoming a coach, she spent 20 years working in Information Technology. Her approach to life includes a healthy dose of humor, listening to her intuition, and leaning into expressing her most authentic self.
