Bill E. Stitt born William Ernest Stitt was born in Yazoo City, Mississippi in 1968. A Hospitality Graduate from Ole Miss and lived in Memphis, TN. He is most well-known as a Restauranteur and maker of Small Batch Bacon. He has worked for over 30 years contributing to the hospitality industry and served as National Director of Catering for Ruby Tuesday restaurants. His bacon has been marketed globally and has won numerous awards. One thing unique about Bill E is that he has been connected to the acting industry through catering and family his entire career.
