No matter where you are on your business journey, we can all use a little more confidence. Here are the 7 daily things I do to boost confidence in myself, my offers, my business, and life.
1. Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
When you compare yourself to others, you will always be at least one step behind and always looking to other people to validate your decisions and choices.
And when you compare yourself to others, you are usually comparing your very worst to their very best. But the truth is that no one is as perfect or put together as they may seem online.
Start focusing on trusting who you are.
2. Look Inward, Not Outward
When we're looking outward at what other people are doing, it distracts us from what we need to do in our business and in our purpose.
Trust who you are and trust your gut. You get to decide what works best for you and your business. Yes, that includes some testing and trial and error, but you will get to you goals so much faster if you start by looking inward for answers.
3. Measure Backwards
Measuring backwards means that you're focusing on yourself and looking at where you are now versus where you were before.
This simple exercise will allow you to open up your mind to be able to see that you've grown, that you learned something new, and that you're getting better.
Otherwise, you're constantly chasing this ideal that you'll never get to. Instead use this technique to measure backwards and see what gains you've made in your life and business to boost your confidence.

4. Power Pose
I love talking about power posing and in fact, I have a whole episode about power posing.
So what is power posing? It's literally moving your body into a more confident position. When you move your body, your brain follows.
I like to call it the "wonder woman" pose. It's when you stand up, legs are spread apart like hip with the part, your chest is puffed out your hands on your hips and your head is held up. What happens when you get into a powerful position like this, is that your brain is your brain is literally being rewired to build confidence and hold empowering thoughts.
5. Rewire the Words In Your Head
This has been my goal for 2022! I'm my own biggest critic.
And I hear the same from women all the time.
"I don't know what I'm doing." "I'm not enough." "I weigh too much." "I can't get my pictures taken." "I don't know what I'm doing in, in business or marketing." "I'm so overwhelmed." "I'm stressed out."
I hear it all the time. I say it all the time to myself too. I also hear people who are further along on their business journey than me say the same things.
To combat this, you must flip these words on their heads. Find the opposite of these destructive thoughts and focus on that. Consciously repeat those in your mind to rewire your thoughts that aren't serving you.
6. Learn Something New
I love to learn. I love courses. I love podcasts. I love books.
Build you confidence by learning something simple: learn how to organize a drawer, learn how to fold animals with your washcloth, learn how to clean your blinds, learn how to make a new dessert.
When you are learning your brain opens up to new possibilities and abun
