Donna Crow has served as the Executive Director of Career Services and Student Affairs Assessment at Utah State University for coming up on 10 years. 2020 is Donna’s last year with USU as she is looking forward to an exciting encore career after retirement. Over the course of her career Donna has served in higher education for over 35 years in USU’s Business School and Career Services Center.

As this chapter of Donna's career comes to a close, she shares some parting thoughts about how volunteering helped her build a support network that she continues to use and cherish to this day.
