Community we keep rising above Imposter Syndrome.
Let's talk about career and money 💵.
There are three financial seasons for software developers (QA folks as well).
💵 >70K - 100K. You've just landed your first job, maybe a second, you're still growing your skills.
💰 100K - 150K. You're a solid mid-level dev. You might start getting stuck in your growth in some areas.
💰💰 150K-200K. You're rock solid, you have the receipts. But you keep asking yourself what's next.
💰💵💰 200K and above. You're either in a C-suit leadership / high profile leadership role or you're no longer keeping your eggs 🥚 in Corporate America's basket 🧺 and running your own business or side hustle.
Let's talk about how you can break the financial threshold and keep growing.
