Find 3 trending products from dropshipping suppliers (handle inventory/shipping/returns). You: content + marketing.
Buy $15, sell $30. Customer orders through TikTok. Supplier ships. You keep $15.
30-50% margins. Never touch inventory.
One sale from first 10 videos = proof of concept.
FRIDAY NIGHT (6-8 PM)
Set up account: seller-us.tiktok.com. Need US bank, Tax ID, email. 15 minutes.
Requirements: 5K followers + 3 videos. Don't have? Start affiliate (promote others' products while building following).
Product research: Search "TikTok made me buy it." Look for: under $50, solves problem, wow factor.
Examples: LED lights, portable blenders, phone lenses, ice rollers, pet feeders. Pattern: transformation, before/after.
Suppliers: CJ Dropshipping (US warehouses, 2-5 days), AutoDS (automates fulfillment), Spocket (US/European).
Pick 3 products: cost under $20, shipping under 7 days, 4+ stars, sell $35-$40+.
SATURDAY (8 AM-8 PM)
Goal: 5-7 videos posted
3 formats:
1. Unboxing Reaction (authentic, not salesy)
2. Problem-Solution (before/after hook)
3. Trending Sound Remix (ride algorithm)
Order first product ($20-$30). Authentic converts 3-4x better. Use supplier content for other two while waiting.
Schedule:
- 8-10 AM: Script (under 30 sec, hook in first 3)
- 10 AM-noon: Film (batch, natural light, vertical)
- 1-4 PM: Edit and post
Tag product (yellow bag icon). Caption: 5-10 words. "Obsessed." "Best $20 ever."
Hashtags: #TikTokShop #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt + product-specific.
Post 2 PM, then every 2-3 hours. Stagger (posting all at once = compete).
Don't obsessively check. Algorithm takes 12-24 hours. 200 views Saturday can become 12K Sunday.
SUNDAY (9 AM-8 PM)
Analyze: Profile → Creator Tools → Analytics
Metrics: Views, watch time, shop clicks
Good: 1K+ views, 40%+ watch time, 1-2% clicks (1K views = 10-20 shop clicks)
Check dashboard for sales.
Made sale? You're in business.
Didn't? Find top video. What worked? Make 3 more using that format.
Schedule:
- 9-11 AM: Analyze, read comments
- 11 AM-1 PM: Create 3-5 more videos
- Post 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM
- 1-3 PM: Reply every comment (engagement = distribution)
- 3-5 PM: Optimize shop (sell transformation not product)
SUCCESS
Most won't make sale first weekend. But:
- 10K+ total views = success
- Shop clicks = success
- One video performing better = success
