Do you have a mafia? A Mafi a well, or send a kit or a group of friends, family, whatever. What the heck am I talking about? Right. Social media mafia or social media syndicate. Basically what you're doing is creating a group of individuals that will help you. We'll call it. I'd used air quotes help you on social media. What are they going to help you do? They're going to help you stay on the wall on social media longer. Let me explain. So I make a post on Facebook. Facebook gives me 15 minutes of fame. They give me 15 minutes on the wall to see how many of the people that follow me will see that post. If I get engagement during that 15 minute period, the time is extended and I'm giving you 15 minutes, but the time is arbitrary. It's based upon the time of day. It's based upon all kinds of things in Facebook's algorithm, but let's use 15 minutes just to be, uh, just to have a number to use every time there's engagement, uh, like a comment, a share. Facebook increases the time that my posts get seen. So what you want to do is you want to create a group of people, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20. How many ever you can create that will like comment share on your post. When you post on Facebook, on LinkedIn, on Instagram, wherever it is, you spend your time posting to promote your business. It's called a social media mafia. Ryan Stewman calls it a syndication or a syndicate. But what it does is it helps you hijack the algorithm of social media. So you want your posts to be seen by more than the two to 3% of your followers that see your posts because yeah, that's how many people see your posts, unless you're one posting your butt off constantly, or two, you have a syndication that will like comment and share on your posts. You see Facebook is going to put content that people interact with and engage with. They're going to put it in front of more people. So the goal is to get as many of your followers to see that content. I can post something right now on my wall. That's boring, as you know, and, uh, it's boring as balls and no one looks at it. It's not going to get seen by hardly many people. And I have 4,500 quote unquote on Facebook. If I post content that people start engaging with immediately, then that's going to get seen by a large majority of that group. I've had reach on posts, get up to 20, 25%, which is ridiculous. And we're talking about unpaid posts, but it's all related to building your mafia. So find friends, find family employees and let them know, Hey, I'm going to make posts on social media. I'm going to send you a text. I'm going to send you a message.
