Right up to thriving from survive to thrive that’s our goal in I know how to do it been there done that I’ve been through all the crazy years all the different cycles and real estate I was there during 2008 I started in 1997 I’ve been in the business 22 years now and I enjoy. An awesome business right now I made tons of money in the past I lost tons of money I gained lots of clients over the years I lost tons of clients over the years I made a ton of mistakes and through all of that they’re they’re just all of a sudden 3 or 4 years ago there was this clarity just kinda is like hit me like a Mack truck and all of a sudden like read to me. This is all the things when I started to analyze it started train agents and I and I was I was training for a while now all the sudden it became very clear and then adds I’ve been putting this program together. Wrote a book called on the fast as we launch a realistic is because I know that there’s a certain way if someone was parachuted into a community didn’t know anybody never lived there no one knew them they had no past no history in the community no family connections nothing I know if I could shoot somebody in the community and they employ these tactics that are in that ebook they they will start to build their business and they will be able to create a foundation off of that and take your business thrive so we’re taking all of those principles. Amber plane that into what we now calling the 4 X. formula and breaking everything down into force because I believe that there’s 4 main facets of the real estate business the realtors need to be good at caught 4 columns are 4 areas 4 dimensions realty needs to be a 4 dimensional agency can’t just be good at one part of it and I think that’s that’s what the deal is I think that’s where a lot of us fall down is we get were who were maybe really good at one aspect of it but we’re not so good at the other aspects of it what ends up happening is is our business is a constant battle there’s all these little. Things that can come in your business or or markets changing or or or mortgage rules come in all these things and we use those things excuses to say well this is why I am not succeeding Meryl status. None of that stuff matters if your point employing all of these things in building your business properly it won’t matter what’s going on in the outer outskirts of the world we can’t control any of those things but I do know there’s certain things you can’t control as a real estate agent in your business in your community in their plant in like where you’re doing this and I want to help you get through it. Now who line what one might qualify to talk about this well one I created a road it put the thought into it I’ve broken it all down but the biggest thing is I practice it every single day. I I’m still I’m still selling real estate I still help clients right now I have a huge database of people that we help about 50 percent of my business is referrals now I don’t have to spend tons of money on advertising I spend I I think last year I spent maybe 56 grand on advertising there’s there’s I don’t need to spend all that kind of money there’s there’s lots of more efficient cost effective ways to market things and but the thing is if you’re building your business properly at this the last 2 pillars of bill properly they will feed you and you have to put much time in the first 2 killers anymore young adults first but eventually they’ll start to go down in these pillars build up and next thing you know 50 percent your business is coming fo
