On this weeks episode I am joined by the wonderful, joyous and inspirational Matt Dechaine.

Matt who lives in Kent with his husband and much loved pets has a long standing history in education. As a previous headteacher, current chair of governors, and leadership and executive coach, Matt and I spoke about life’s challenges in and outside of education, the power of coaching, and the importance of  'Building Yourself a Lighthouse' for when life gets tough!
