Nathan Winch, founder of Winch & Co, began his business journey at 22 with WinchPharma, a company that supplied cost-effective healthcare products to the NHS. Nathan secured a £39 million NHS contract. Later, he sold WinchPharma to Byotrol plc. At which point he entered the distribution, logistics and construction industries.
