Clubhouse is a social audio app for iOS and Android where users can communicate in audio chat rooms that accommodate groups of thousands of people. Once you get into the app, you can join rooms or create your own room.  The rooms in the Clubhouse are audio/voice-based.  There is no text, pictures, or videos. In each room, there are three permission types.  You can be a moderator (creator of the room), a speaker, or a listener.  By default, anyone joining a room is a listener.  You can raise your hand to get permission to become a speaker.  You can mute yourself at any time as a speaker.  No one can hear you as a listener.
