For our first English episode, we welcomed Chef Jae-Anthony Dougan, co-owner and Executive Chef at Tropikal. We covered multiple facets of his career, from his early beginning as a stylist to cooking for celebrities such as Drake and Boi1da to his current vision for Tropikal. We also discussed his early days in the restaurant industry and the resilience he demonstrated all throughout his career.
