Jon Lipsey is the Director of IL Media, a content creation agency which puts out major publications such as Iron Life and Men's Fitness.  Jon has spent many years as one of the top fitness media and branding experts in the UK, and has helped hundreds of fitness professionals build their brands including fitness superstar Joe Wicks.
