Jamie Clark is the coach of the men’s soccer team at the University of Washington. He has led the team to 7 straight 12-win seasons, including 3 straight appearances in the Elite Eight of the NCAA D1 tournament, and one championship game appearance in 2021. Needless to say, we were eager to hear about his career and what he thinks has led to the success of the program. We were surprised by his answer.
