In this episode, I walk through a very practical tool called a "morning routine" that has helped me find my spiritual and emotional center every day for the last two years. It's one of the keys that has allowed me to step into a healthier lifestyle, and the best news is that it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes every day to do.
