Sitti co-founders Noora Sharrab and Jacqueline Sofia talk to Chelsea about building a ‘partner-preneurship’ to shape social change. Sitti, which means 'my grandmother' in Arabic and operates out of Jordan's Jerash Refugee Camp, brings fair wage employment to refugees through the production of traditional olive oil soap.
