What was your journey for the last 4 years? (02:46)

•  I didn't have a LinkedIn, I didn't know what Twitter, my FB is just getting started
• But right now, we're somewhere between 75 and 100 people on the team, we've got about 60 something full-time, and then we have quite a few contracted out as well.

Tips on someone who is just getting started (06:17)

-   The first thing is to start to document exactly where you are and where you want to be, and what are the potential steps that it's going to take to get you where you want to be. 

- Then create plan and the next steps

Building a platform the right way (12:58)

• It's not just about reaching a lot; it's reaching the right people consistently. 
• Don't worry about the number as much as the quality of the people because I would rather have a platform of 1000 quality people than 20,000, nonqualified
