One of the things I see, probably most commonly, as I start to work with entrepreneurs who haven’t done business coaching before is that, in an attempt to solve so many business problems, we end up building a reactive business instead of a proactive business. The intention was good! The intention was to cater to everyone’s needs and do everything that we thought we were supposed to be doing to build a business when, in reality, what we end up doing is not serving at our highest potential.
Building a proactive business is taking the triad of the business, you & the client and always making sure that your services, your prices, and everything about the business are what’s best for all 3 components. In this episode, I’m going to tell you what that looks like.
