Thisten co-founders – Ben, Rui, and Sudeep – recount the story of building a new startup (thisten.co), and creating a product to test at SXSW in 2019.

Thisten, at the time, was developed as a speech-to-text transcription platform to make speaker sessions at conferences more accessible.

With tech issues and bugs being worked out right before the event, along with challenges in finding the right AV person to connect with, things weren't necessarily smooth – but they got done.
