Building a Thriving Team Culture in a post-Covid19 World!!
There have been dramatic changes in the way teams are working over the last few months.
Social connections, office camaraderie, laughter in the cafeteria, gossip, saying hello and connecting to people from other teams, and across the organization are not possible, as is the feeling of being part of a larger community. These things are now things of the past and we’re not sure when we will experience this again in a post-Covid19 world.
In this interview with Dr. Oleg Konovalov, a thought leader, author, business educator and consultant, we explore questions of how we can re-create the sense of connection, community, and camaraderie that was part of our teams in the pre-Covid19 world. And, how we can engage at deeper levels than just spending more and more time on unending Zoom calls.
