As adults it can be difficult making new friends. Although this may be true we must be open to building the tribe we deserve no matter how scary it can be.

Building a Tribe

I will inspire, motivate and empower black women to bring more joy, passion and happiness into their lives in-spite of life’s ebbs and flows. I believe there’s always a piece of joy for all of us to grasp. As a black woman I understand the challenges we face in the world and I want to spotlight ways to get through it all one moment at a time. We deserve to live our lives to our full potential with a balanced mind, body, and soul.
