obviously because the sun sets very early and it’s cold outside, we have no motivation to do anything remotely productive. i’ve complied a list of things you can do to build better habits for the winter to keep yourself busy and not fall into a depressive episode. the winter always takes a toll on me and my mental health but i’ve found that keeping yourself busy with things you enjoy makes it go by faster. so before winter ends very soon here’s some thing that can help you build better habits for the winter. i love you!
