With over 30 years’ experience as an Intensive Care Paramedic across metropolitan and regional settings, Michelle has built a career at the intersection of frontline care, system design, and leadership. A passionate advocate for inclusive, accessible healthcare, she has held senior roles at Ambulance Victoria, leads advocacy and government relations for the Australasian College of Paramedicine, and is widely recognised for her work in improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities.
