Michael Henry started in real estate in 2014. Beginning his career as a solo agent, Michael chose to grow a team so that he could have meaning more than just himself.  An analytical guy, Michael researched how other successful teams grew, and he worked to build a small but successful team of great agents.  Michael also build a secondary team of agents who he provided support and services to.  In 2020, Michael and his team left Keller Williams and joined eXp Realty.  Michael shares why he chose to join eXp, and how he has benefited since.  Michael also shares specifics concerning team building and mistakes and successes he had along the way.
