A little bit about Khash:
Khash Saghafi has been an industry professional for over 16 years and has always specialized in residential mortgage loans. He is a nationally renowned speaker in the mortgage industry and has been the keynote speaker at many universities and real estate and legal associations for his expertise in his field. Khash believes that educating his clients and those who work with him is the most important aspect of every single transaction he is involved in. “I believe in educating my client on what programs are available to them, what their options are and what best suits their individual and family’s needs.”

Khash has built the company with a special focus on service, being accessible and getting the difficult transactions done. “I take a lot of pride in the fact that I am always accessible to my clients and that we specialize in the transactions that other banks and lenders do not want to do, do not know how to do or do not care to put the time or effort into doing”. In his spare time, Khash supports his alma mater at Oklahoma State University where he wrestled for five years and he also helps coach wrestling at Brecksville High School, a public school on the south side of Cleveland. “My greatest satisfaction comes in seeing my kids whom I have coached since they were in elementary school, graduate from college and become productive young leaders in society today. The sport of wrestling taught me discipline, commitment and helped mold my work ethic. I carried those same values over into what I do today and I believe that it has worked extremely well.”

Saghafi goes on to say, “Our company, I believe, is the best out there. I do not believe that there is a company more focused on service, knowledge and commitment to its customers. It is just that simple. I believe that we are the best.”
