Ravi (also known as KSR) kickstarted the next generation community living concept in India back in 2006, when there was a lack of innovation in this category beyond YWCA / YMCA & Paying Guest (PG).

He co-created Woodstock Ambience, India’s 1st purpose-built Coliving company in 2006. Ravi also has 25 exciting years in re-energizing large legacy businesses, leading big brands & setting up new age tech startups.

Ravi is passionate about young people, who he believes are "the engine of life in any society". He is also extremely passionate about Coliving and building community.

He pioneered many firsts, including the GTM (B2B) strategy, Coliving as an HR-led benefits program for employees in the IT/ITeS/ BFSI sector, the sale & lease-back financial model for asset based operators, large-scale (1,000+ bed) purpose built campuses and incubation & immersion programs for residents.

Ravi is now getting back into CoLiving with an improved model, LSQR (El-Square) which started in 2019 with the completion of first location that will be opening in just a couple months.
