Confidence comes from within. Many people think that confidence comes from success, but that’s not true – it’s not success that creates confidence, it’s confidence that creates success.
Most self-doubt are not actually coming from you – they’re not coming from your logic, intelligence or conscious mind – they’re also not coming from your current outside world or information about the future. They are simply based on an automatic process in your brain that’s been put there through the lessons you learned as a child. And it’s a system that needs to be updated periodically like a computer program.
In this session, we go over information and practical exercises to help you change and improve the thoughts and emotions that might be holding you back, so that you can participate more fully, both professionally and privately, in the world around you.
We cover topics around our comfort zones and growth zones and show you how to create your own growth zone exercises. I'll discusses how to deal with and remove self-doubt as they may interfere with your growth.
