Establishing true confidence is really tricky. There are so many experiences that can take it away: Failure, criticism, comparison, trauma, shame.... Today I talk about some of my life experiences that broke my confidence, especially the loss of my son and the medical challenges of my daughter, and how some great resources have helped me to re-establish that.
