In episode 4 I sit down with Martial Artist and Fitness Enthusiast Luke Brunner to talk about improving confidence mentally and physically. In the first portion of the episode, I personally discuss my fitness background and the fundamentals to improving self-confidence. In the second portion of the episode, we discuss his background in martial arts and his transition into the fitness culture, the mindset changes one goes through to obtain confidence, tracking your caloric intake, and of course the main focus of the podcast; how to build dense muscle utilizing compound lifts and quarantine home workouts.
