Today’s Team Meeting continues the theme of Developing a Better Relationship with Yourself. Today's agenda is about Building Courage for the Things You Dread Doing.

In today's podcast, we're developing a plan to build our courage muscles so we can do things that we don't feel like doing.  For example, maybe you need some courage to have a difficult conversation with a family member. Maybe you need to learn how to set boundaries with your life partner or with someone you work with so that they know how you prefer to be treated.  You may dread dealing with these issues, but things won't get better unless you face them. 

We have 4 tips that will hopefully help you think of ways to deal with difficult things. These tips won't make the fear go away, but you may feel less intimidated by the fear.
