Aurora is the Director of Marketing for the ICF San Antonio, and leads a team of performance coaches as a Leadership Coach. Among the many hats Aurora wears, she has also built an online coaching platform and workplace communication leadership curriculum that equips employees and their managers to reach higher levels of potential and performance through a process of energy leadership, pragmatic inquiry and values-based coaching.
