I am joined by special guest Jiselle Gilliard, CCF is the host of the Mighty Emotions Podcast and an Emotional Resilience Coach. Her mission is to educate and empower empathic adults to master their emotions, become resilient and assert themselves in their personal relationships with confidence. Jiselle is a Certified Coach Practitioner, holds a specialization in Positive Psychology, and is certified in Psychological First-Aid. She is also a trauma survivor in recovery and combines her 7 years of study and experience to educate, provide emotional support and help more adults become emotionally safe.
