In this episode we hear about the next boom in the industry at the start of the 2000s and how this could be taken advantage of as an independent whisky bottler, primarily with single cask whisky and bringing an ancient distillery Stronachie back to life. We’ll hear about how things have changed over the last 5-10 years and how the Clydeside distillery in Glasgow was opened by my Grandad and Uncle in 2017, and the launch of the first single malt less than 2 years ago.
