I love taking January to myself. A time of a very intentional easing into the new year: a time during which i can begin to set in place the systems and routines that will essentially ensure i arrive at my goals by the end of the year.
Goals don’t have to be set in stone. And we don’t need to be too hard on ourselves if/when we don’t accomplish the things we set out to accomplish.
Goals are simply a helpful tool we get to use to our advantage, on our journeys towards becoming better people who lead fuller lives.
BUT, i've discovered that goal-setting is not for everyone…
In today's episode we discuss what i believe is the number one determining factor of whether or not our goals can survive the test of real life and fluctuating humanity. We talk about introspection as the key to every habit that actually sticks!
