Adding active transportation into your life is as easy as one two three:
1. Think about the distance you are going and whether you need to use your car. Could you walk or use your bike instead?
2. Dust off your comfortable walking or running shoes or your bicycle. Where you might have driven to get milk or to go to the park, try walking or cycling.
3. Use Active Transportation for family outings, which is a perfect reason to pack a picnic and go to the park.
