Intimacy is MORE THAN SEX! Although we all love sex, intimacy starts when we communicate. It helps us to connect on deeper levels. When we are married, it allows us to go much deeper. Which in turn, allows for greater sex. Men are you listening?!

We develop a stronger bond in our relationship when we are intentional with our communication and when we are vulnerable. If you truly trust someone with your physical being, why wouldn't you open up and share your inner self, especially your spouse? In this episode, we hope to encourage you both to OPEN up and share those hurt places. Talk it out, but MOST importantly, LISTEN to your spouse. When your spouse opens up, it's important to NOT be dismissive or rejecting because this causes wounds in your communication, and breaks a piece of that trust bond. Be intentional with Connecting with your spouse so you can GROW together and build a stronger unity in your US. When one hurts, the other hurts....it affects your US. Building Intimacy in your communication starts with intention.
