God is looking for people who are hungry, people who love what He loves and hates what He hates. He is looking for someone with a pure heart who would grieve what he grieves. Someone who is not ashamed of the Gospel. Someone who has died to themselves and picked up their cross. Someone who will exalt him, who would honor with humility, reverence, respect, praise, worship.
