Hands in For Care

Building Relationships

Listen Later

Nurse Mae is new at Robinson Middle School and on an otherwise typical day receives a visit from a very distressed student with Autism. Mae decides the best option is to dismiss her student home, but when mom arrives it’s clear that was not the right choice. Join me and our roundtable guests as we discuss how building relationships and trust with students and families is key to student health and success in school.
