In this weeks episode I'm honoured to be joined by Cameron Murdoch, a Creative Resilience Coach living in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Cameron explains how, throughout his life, he has had to battle Cancer and Loss. Only to realise these events made him truly Resilient and enables him to tackle anything that life has in store for him.   Its only through being resilient,  that we find new ways of achieving our goals.
