The work she has done resulted in launching 9 different applications, transforming 200 software products, and designing the scaling-up strategies of various organisations. She is a certified "Impacting Leaders Coach".  .  .  A Biochemist Scientist by education, with a career of almost 25 years in leading executive roles, she designed and managed software applications and transformed organisations and their people.  Nature and how we function at the cellular level, married with how a business works and how people interact in their day-to-day work, have been the inspiration drivers for the play patterns in her coaching work.
